We are looking for more Trainers

We offer a number of training events throughout the year to help church planters & their spouses, their core group members and those who serve our planters.  We are always looking for church planters, pastors and other leaders who can share the load of training.  We also need to diversify our training in various languages as we have demand.  With some of the training, there is a certification process and with other training, experience is all that is required. Coaches - to coach church planters & their spouses on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to develop personally and as leaders of a new congregation.

Assessors - to help assess church planters, their spouses and other church planter leaders to determine how they might best fit into the church planting picture: as an intern, a part of a church planting team, the lead church planter, a serial planter who starts one church after another, or an advocate for church planting in an established church.

Basic Training Facilitators - to train church planters through presentations and practical exercises to map out the church planting process.

Friend Raising Presenters - to train church planters and pastors how to minister to their friends and enlist them to become prayer and financial supporters of their ministry.

Technology Trainers - to train church planters in developing websites, newsletters, church databases, social networking, etc. to facilitate their church's communication and community life.

Trainers of trainers - to train leaders to fulfill the above roles.
