Missionaries Needed

We are looking for more missionaries.

In the next 5 years, we are hoping to have all of these positions filled with people who can devote themselves to the task full-time. We only expect that the first two positions will be paid positions and the rest will likely be positions where the person will need to raise most if not all of their support. We hope to be able to cover ministry expenses for everyone though. Even though we have people who are currently filling some of the positions, we are hoping that they will either be able to raise full support and be full-time or that we will have someone to replace them in their part-time responsibility. Church Planting Director (Visionary, in the field, resource development, coaching strategists, etc.)	Keith Draper is currently filling this position part-time.
Church Planting Coordinator (Administrative, in the office, coordinating office staff & specialists, assisting strategists, etc.)	Robert Goette is currently filling this position part-time as a volunteer.
Administrative Specialist (Assisting our missionaries, multiplication movt leaders and planters with strategic planning and other administrative issues.)	Tanya Vargas is currently filling this position part-time as a volunteer.
Alternative Support Specialist (Assisting others to get inexpensive housing, utilities, medical coverage, etc. and to explore alternative support and support raising.)	Tanya Vargas is currently filling this position part-time as a volunteer.
Partnership & Communications Specialist (Catalyzing church planting partnerships with local as well as out of town churches, businesses and other organizations. Telling our church planting story.
Financial & Legal Specialist (Assisting our missionaries, multiplication movt leaders & planters with financial and legal issues & referrals.)
Research Specialist (Assisting our missionaries, multiplication movt leaders & planters with demographics, people group research, etc. Also acting as the coordinator for various research projects.)	Stephanie Criser is currently filling this position part-time as a volunteer.
Collegiate/Next Gen Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among collegiate/next generation people groups.)
Hispanic Church Planting Strategist - 1 (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Hispanic people groups & neighborhoods.)
Hispanic Church Planting Strategist - 2 (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Hispanic people groups & neighborhoods.)
African American Church Planting Strategist - 1 (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly African American people groups & neighborhoods.)
African American Church Planting Strategist - 2 (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly African American people groups & neighborhoods.)
Anglo/Multiethnic Church Planting Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Anglo & Multiethnic people groups & neighborhoods.)
Atheistic People Groups Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly atheistic people groups.)
Polish Church Planting Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Polish people groups & neighborhoods.)	Steven Reece is currently filling this position part-time.
Islamic People Groups Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Islamic people groups & neighborhoods.)
Hindu People Groups Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Hindu people groups & neighborhoods.)
Messianic Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among predominantly Jewish people groups & neighborhoods.)	Ric Worshill is currently filling this position part-time.
Other Unreached People Groups Church Planting Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among other unreached/under-reached people groups.)
Multihousing Church Planting Strategist (Working with five visionary leaders to catalyze five church planting movements among various multihousing environments.)
Office help will also be needed. Probably 2-3 people.
