We are looking for more coaches. 

We have newer leaders that need a pastor or ministry leader that will invest in their lives.  Rather than spending time sharing your past experiences with them, coaching is all about building a relationship and asking them strategic questions to help them reflect and refocus on their situation and resourcing them where they really need help.
